It reports build state, not uptime. We do not publish an availability figure because we are not yet measuring one in a way we would be willing to be held to. If something is not working for you right now, email hello@boongon.com and we will look at it.
Statuses come from the same source as the roadmap, the pricing table and every product page, so this list cannot disagree with them.
